this hotel was such a disappointment, to be honest. the air was stuffy and the service? absolutely nonexistent. we expected a welcome gift for paying so much but got nothing. oh, and having to wait ages for elevators is just too much—i almost gave a good review but just couldn’t.

The kids loved the spacious pool area.

It was just an excellent fit for a flash visit in Karpacz with real value for money. The aqua park was a hit with the kids, keeping them entertained for hours. Remember to keep an eye on the additional costs for drinks and snacks.

Unexpected fun for the kids

The huge aquapark was a true highlight for my family, providing joy and laughter as we slid down the water slides together. The spacious room had all we needed for a comfortable stay.

The dining options left a lot to be desired. We faced long waits for elevators, which was frustrating, especially when carrying our little one's beach gear. the lack of water during lunch was surprising.

the pool area was a blast! my kids loved the slides and the outdoor playground was super fun for them. the room was spacious and clean, with a nice walk-in closet. breakfast was pretty tasty, especially the fresh fruit and coffee. overall, the hotel had lots of activities that kept us entertained.

the food choices for dinner were kinda bland, and we had to wait too long for the elevators, which was annoying when we had all our gear and the kids in tow.

the golebiewski is super family-friendly! the water area is fantastic, with huge swimming pools, a jacuzzi, and a sauna that we really enjoyed. it’s great knowing you can borrow things for the kids too. the facility has easy access to a variety of saunas and a hot tub, adding to the fun!

We stayed in a Twin Room with a fab mountain view. The water park was a blast – def the highlight! Breakfast was really good, but dinner left us wishing for more flavor. The lack of a kettle was a bit odd too. Location's nice, just a taxi ride to town.

Navigating the hotel was exhausting—the distances between rooms and facilities felt endless, and waiting for the lifts, especially with kids in tow, often took ages due to the overcrowding.
